Experience

With over 15 years of experience working with leaders across multiple disciplines and industries, I bring firsthand knowledge of what it takes for leaders and organizations to thrive.

I began my career as an Executive Assistant. With ever-increasing responsibility and trust from the executive teams I supported, I became a Chief of Staff. From there, I shifted my career to executive coaching and organizational development. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior and Management, I felt called to leverage my experience as a right-hand (wo)man to top executives and use my education to facilitate the necessary changes that leaders and organizations needed to grow and thrive. Having been on all sides of an organization, my education and experience have allowed me to transform the human experience of many people at work over the past near decade.

My expertise has benefited leaders from prestigious companies, including Medtronic, 3M, Bank of America, Amazon, and Google, enabling me to refine my approach and deliver impactful results across various sectors.
